Ghanaian musician Kweku Sarpong Plahar popularly known as Zigi in showbiz circles has revealed that he made a lot of mistakes when he became famous in the music industry.
The “U Sey Wetin” hit maker, speaking with Arnold Mensah Elavanyo on Zylofon Fm also disclosed that after he had the hit, he used all his income to have fun rather than investing back into his career.
According to him, he left Lynx Entertainment because his contract expired and they never renewed it, so he had to change his mind.
He however added that, after winning Afro Pop song of the year at the 2011 4Syte TV Music Video Awards, he left Lynx to create his own label called New Era Entertainment which has a new artist signed to it.
Zigi told Arnold that when he became a celebrity during his “U Sey Weytin” days, he never thought of embarking on any tour which was the daily routine in Ghana Music.
He finally disclosed that he’s planning of releasing an album called “Born in October” which consist of twenty songs.
